What You’ll Do
- Champion a culture of safety and uphold all safety policies and standards
- Lead accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, and fixed assets
- Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processesSupport inventory management and financial controls
- Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
- Manage internal and external audit processes
- Drive continuous improvement across financial and operational processes
- Support and develop finance team members
Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial-related role
- Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
- Ability to analyze financial data and support operational decisions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (D365 preferred)
- On-site position based in Swansea, South Carolina
- Routine travel may be required based on business needs
- Ability to work within an active manufacturing environment
