What You’ll Do

  • Champion a culture of safety and uphold all safety policies and standards
  • Lead accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, and fixed assets
  • Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processesSupport inventory management and financial controls
  • Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
  • Manage internal and external audit processes
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial and operational processes
  • Support and develop finance team members

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial-related role
  • Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
  • Ability to analyze financial data and support operational decisions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (D365 preferred)
  • On-site position based in Swansea, South Carolina
  • Routine travel may be required based on business needs
  • Ability to work within an active manufacturing environment
