We’re partnering with a high-growth sports media business delivering major projects across global markets. As the business scales, they’re building a best-in-class finance function and this is a key hire. This is a true build role. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you’ll take ownership of FP&A from day one, shaping how the business plans, tracks and drives performance in a fast-moving, project-led environment.
You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, while building robust financial models and cashflow forecasts across both individual projects and the wider business. Alongside this, you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing clear commercial insight to support decision-making, improve cost control and drive performance.
You’ll also own management reporting, delivering high-quality analysis and materials for leadership, while helping to introduce structure, improve processes and strengthen data as the business continues to grow.
We’re looking for a qualified accountant (c.4/5+ years PQE) with experience in FP&A or commercial finance. Strong modelling skills, a solid technical foundation and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced environment are key, alongside a proactive, “builder” mindset.
This is an opportunity to shape a function, work closely with leadership and have real impact in a business at an exciting stage of growth. The role is looking to pay £80,000 -85,000 basic salary + bonus and Benefits.
