This role is key and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and optimising the digital platforms. This includes planning and executing web and app improvement projects, overseeing integrations, and enhancing the website.
About the role
- Identify and implement data‑driven optimisations to enhance the online customer journey and experience, aiming to increase conversions in both UK and international markets.
- Work closely with the IT team to manage and prioritise the website and mobile development backlog.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to support the execution of strategies for paid search, paid social, email, ensuring the platform is optimised to achieve commercial objectives.
- Identify, scope, and implement product integration enhancements to improve the user experience and optimise the conversion funnel.
- Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, analyses, and recommendations as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital product and eCommerce best practices and apply them across all channels using a test‑learn‑implement approach.
- Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly and monthly budget allocations.
About you
- Demonstrable end‑to‑end product management experience in an eCommerce environment.
- Experience of managing web development projects to optimise the customer journey.
- Expert in data extraction and the use of databases and reporting tools.
- Hands‑on experience with web tools and platforms.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence upwards.
- A problem‑solver with a strategic mind.
