Financial Planning Analyst

FP&A Analyst High Growth Private Equity Company £60,000 – £65,000 p.a + Bonus

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a private equity-backed group undergoing significant growth and transformation. They’ve built a £55m+ division and are now investing in a new FP&A function to support the long term growth.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership, owning modelling, forecasting, and commercial insight that drives real business decisions. This is not a “reporting” role. This is a build, challenge, and influence role.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Build and own dynamic 3-statement financial models (P&L, BS, Cash)
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting
• Deliver commercial insight to operational leaders
• Support bids, pricing, and contract decisions
• Drive cost efficiency initiatives and automation
• Get involved in month-end when needed (this is a team sport)

What We’re Looking For

You must have:

• Experience in FP&A / Finance Business Partnering
• Ability to build models from scratch and explain them simply
• Confidence working with non-finance stakeholders

You’ll stand out if you:

• Have built integrated 3-statement models
• Come from a long term contracts background, in either professional services, SaaS, Healthcare or similar
• Enjoy improving processes, not just maintaining them
• Can challenge senior stakeholders constructively
