At V12 Sports and Classics, one of the UK’s fastest-growing independently owned used car supermarkets, we’re looking for a talented Motor Finance Specialist / Business Manager to join our high-performing Hinckley team at our V12 Head Office.
Finance is at the heart of our customer journey – and this is your opportunity to play a key role in driving both customer satisfaction and business success.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting customers in securing the right finance solutions
- Managing a strong pipeline of warm finance leads
- Working closely with sales teams to maximise finance performance
- Building relationships with a panel of lenders
- Acting as the go-to expert for all motor finance queries
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in motor finance or a regulated sales environment
- Strong track record of hitting targets and converting leads
- Confident, consultative communicator with excellent phone skills
- Solid understanding of financial products and FCA regulations
- Previous Business Manager or Sales Manager experience highly desirable
