We’re seeking a Product Analyst with strong financial domain expertise. Ideally someone who’s worked as an equity analyst, quant researcher, or fintech product specialist, to help shape the future of data-driven financial intelligence.
Role Overview
The Product Analyst will partner closely with the Head of Product to define, validate, and optimize features for our suite of financial simulation and AI products. This role sits at the intersection of finance, data science, and product strategy, translating complex quantitative models and market workflows into intuitive, high-impact product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Product to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for financial AI/simulation products.
- Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitive research across financial services, focusing on portfolio management, risk, and trading workflows.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to translate financial models into product features and visual analytics.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative user data to identify opportunities for product improvement and new feature development.
- Support the design of data schemas, metrics dashboards, and validation frameworks for financial simulations and model outputs.
- Assist in customer demos, training sessions, and beta feedback loops with banks, funds, and exchanges.
- Maintain documentation of product requirements, release notes, and competitive positioning.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on capital markets, with a focus on equities, derivatives, and multi-asset modeling.
Preferred Background
- 1-3 years of experience in a financial or fintech environment.
- Prior experience as an Equity Analyst, or Fintech Product Analyst.
- Understanding of market data, fundamental/quant factor models, and execution analytics.
- Comfort with AI/ML concepts (Gen AI, reinforcement learning, agent-based modeling, NLP, or time-series prediction).
- Strong analytical and communication skills—able to translate technical complexity into clear insights for executives and clients.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and commercial teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in product discovery or user research in financial services.
- Background with sell-side/buy-side workflows, trade lifecycle, and risk management systems.
- Familiarity with simulation or scenario analysis tools (Monte Carlo, stress testing, digital twins, etc.).
- Exposure to Python-based analytics stacks, or willingness to learn.
