Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Income Officer to join an organisation based in Birmingham on a temporary basis to be responsible for the collection and management of rental income against set targets and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the collection and oversight of rental income, ensuring targets and procedures are met.
• Address tenant inquiries, providing regular updates on the status of their accounts and resolving queries promptly.
• Identify households requiring specialist support and collaborate with Welfare Benefits, Tenancy Support services, and other agencies to assist tenants in maintaining their tenancy.
• Contribute to the association’s financial inclusion initiatives, such as supporting access to digital training and employment pathways.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within housing management and income recovery
• Strong administration, with intermediate Excel
• Confident, quicker learner, with a professional telephone manner
