In-House Recruitment Consultant
Our client is looking for a customer-focused, Recruitment Consultant who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. As part of the People Team, you will work in-house, driving the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers across a dynamic, technical business. Whether you come from an agency or in-house background, if you love creating exceptional candidate experiences and contributing to a collaborative team, this would be a fantastic opportunity for growth and development.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from vacancy briefing and advertising to screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and compliance checks
- Deliver a professional, positive experience for every candidate
- Build trusted partnerships with Hiring Managers across multiple departments
- Keep recruitment records, pipelines, and ATS data accurate and up to date
- Support talent pooling, early careers programs, and recruitment events
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve recruitment processes

Skills and experience required:
- A proactive, organised professional with experience in full-cycle recruitment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience in technical, manufacturing, or engineering recruitment is beneficial but not essential
