Key Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational leadership and ensure the continued delivery of exceptional care
- Maintain compliance in line with CQC standards and best practice
- Oversee staffing, budgets, and operational performance
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement and nurture a positive, person-centred culture
About You
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a care or nursing setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulatory frameworks
- A nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is essential
- A compassionate leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care and enhancing residents’ wellbeing
