The Role
As Pharmacist Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service delivery. You will lead and inspire a small, dedicated team while building strong relationships within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the pharmacy
- Deliver high-quality dispensing and clinical services
- Provide expert advice and support to patients and healthcare professionals
- Lead, mentor, and develop the pharmacy team
- Ensure compliance with GPhC and company standards
- Drive service development and community engagement initiatives
