Conveyancing Fee Earner – Bridgend – 2+ Years Experience
Department: ConveyancingLocation: Bridgend (hybrid flexibility)Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (35h per week)Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience)
The Role
You’ll be responsible for handling all aspects of conveyancing, including:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
- Contributing to the strategic development of the department
- Delivering excellent client service and maintaining relationships
Candidate Requirements
- Proven technical ability in residential conveyancing
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
