What will be expected on a daily basis?

• Networking through various streams available (Site Visits, Client Entertainment, Social Media, and Organised Networking Events).
• Generation of Candidates and Vacancies through daily telephone and email activity.
• Development of current client and candidate base.
• Proactively establish and manage new clients.
• Reach achievable and time scaled targets set by Senior Management. (We also expect and encourage the consultant to have their own targets).
• Advertise clear and specific real live vacancies in order to attract the top quality candidates.
• Management and development of current database.
