The Role of Recruitment Consultant –

is based in London with the option of home-working one day a week upon completion of training and probation.

We are looking to hire Recruitment Consultants at varying levels to support our teams operationally and/or grow our teams across the business.

This is a 180 role focussed on candidate service, sourcing and screening along with other administrative duties.

We have an expectation of you to strive for excellence but we will support you every step of the way. You need unrivalled drive, work ethic and interpersonal skills. We work hard with you through the recruitment process to set you up for success and ongoing training means ongoing, it doesn’t stop.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and qualify candidates
• Maintaining strong relationships in the market
• Working to improve recruitment efficiency
• Support operationally with outreach and administration
