Role Description
As a Recruitment Consultant at Airswift, you’ll work at the heart of the energy and oil & gas sector, supporting global projects that shape the world we live in. You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, building client relationships, sourcing specialist talent, and delivering high-quality contract recruitment solutions.
This is a commercially focused role where you’ll identify new business opportunities, grow accounts, and drive revenue, while representing Airswift’s full range of workforce solutions with confidence.
No recruitment experience is required. What matters most is drive, resilience, and a determination to succeed. A background in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage, but not essential.
Principle Accountabilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including selling Airswift’s hiring solutions to sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Deliver a range of contract recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients.
- Proactively hunt for new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue.
- Be able to demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and in a client facing environment.

- A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Tenacious and determined to succeed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented.
- Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert.
- A great work ethic with desire to get the job at hand done.
- Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone based sales role preferred, but not required.
- A decision maker and solutions provider.
- Be able to identify and secure sales opportunities across all the suite of services.
