The Role
You’ll be working in a friendly, first‑opinion practice where trust, autonomy, and common sense are the norm. This is a role for a vet who's comfortable making decisions, enjoys managing their own day, and wants flexibility without sacrificing clinical standards.
You wont be micromanaged. You will be supported.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering high‑quality small animal consultations and routine surgery
Confidently managing cases, including periods of sole charge
Building strong, long‑term client relationships
Working collaboratively with an experienced nursing and support team
Maintaining excellent clinical and professional standards
What We’re Looking For
RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
Comfortable with some sole charge work
Calm, capable, and clinically confident
A team player who values flexibility and balance
