Role Overview
Fixed Term Post for a 12 month period to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities
- Work with teams across the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service providing and promoting care within a variety of settings.
- Carry out assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and offer supervision and support to junior staff.
- Deliver interventions, harm reduction advice and safe, effective care to a diverse client population.
- Operate within a 12.5 hour shift pattern, Monday to Friday.
- Use a full driving licence and a car for work purposes as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Registered Nurse with sound clinical knowledge and a wide range of clinical skills.
- Experience in delivering care to diverse client populations, including in drug and alcohol recovery settings.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.
