Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN)

Salary: Up to £60,000 pa depending on experience

Full time Hours

Rivermede Court, situated in Egham

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with all aspects of day-to-day running of the home on a 24‑hour basis.
• Deputise for the General Manager across the full range of duties in their absence.
• Ensure all aspects of management meet Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and Care Quality Commission requirements.
• Support, manage and demonstrate a calm and professional manner while leading teams.
• Oversee the care of residents, ensuring each resident receives care according to their individual needs.
• Mentor and support team members, ensuring appraisals, training and supervisions are up to date.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with active PIN registration.
• Previous management/supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including IT skills.
• Evidence of recent clinical practice.
• Evidence of management and administration of medication competency.
• Knowledge of NMC code of conduct and standards.
