Qualifications

• 3+ years carrying a revenue target and hitting it in sales or recruitment
• Ability to drive new business pipeline and outbound activity proactively
• Competitive instinct and tenacity to find solutions where others stop
• Strong teamwork and the ability to raise standards for those around you
• Constant hunger for learning and improvement
• Bonus: B2B sales experience, outbound calling, or exposure to the SaaS world
