No recruitment experience is required.

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with professionals across the Life Sciences industry
• Work closely with biotech and pharmaceutical companies to understand their hiring needs
• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation
• Develop strong sales, negotiation, and commercial skillsWork towards performance targets with clear financial incentives
