Would you like to work somewhere where you get to make a real difference every day? We are seeking a highly motivated Autism & Positive Behaviour Support Registered Manager to work closely with the Operations Manager, leading and directly line managing a support team across Poole and Bournemouth. You will oversee high quality support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health, autism and behaviours of concern living in their own homes, ensuring individuals are at the heart of all we do. You will be working in a complex needs transition home for adults between age of 16 and 25 and supporting them to transition from childhood into adulthood. You will lead by example, championing outstanding, personalised support and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will create a culture where your team feel valued, supported and equipped with the skills, confidence and tools to deliver the best possible outcomes.
