We are urgently recruiting an Experienced Registered Children's home Manager or a Deputy Manager looking to step up for a reputable Children's residential home in Wiltshire.

Are you an experienced Registered Manager/ Deputy Manager looking to step up for a role where you can truly make a difference?

You will have the autonomy to lead, the backing of a supportive senior team, and the chance to shape a service that genuinely transforms young lives.

The Role:

As Registered Manager, you will take full leadership of a residential home supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring and developing the team.
• Overseeing care plans and quality standards.
• Managing staffing, rotas and budgets.
• Ensuring Ofsted and regulatory compliance.
• Carrying out audits and driving service improvement.
• Working closely with families and professionals.

About You:

• We are looking for someone who has:
• At least 2 years experience as a Registered Manager within the last 5 years.
• Experience in an EBD residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the Children s Homes Regulations 2015.
• Proven leadership experience.
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, or is working towards it.
