Are you an experienced Registered Manager/ Deputy Manager looking to step up for a role where you can truly make a difference?

The Role:
As Registered Manager, you will take full leadership of a residential home supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring and developing the team.
- Overseeing care plans and quality standards.
- Managing staffing, rotas and budgets.
- Ensuring Ofsted and regulatory compliance.
- Carrying out audits and driving service improvement.
- Working closely with families and professionals.
About You:
- We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 2 years experience as a Registered Manager within the last 5 years.
- Experience in an EBD residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the Children s Homes Regulations 2015.
- Proven leadership experience.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, or is working towards it.
