Job Overview

We are currently recruiting a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to support one of our healthcare clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mental health nurse to work within a professional and supportive clinical environment, delivering high-quality care to patients with a range of mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient‑centred mental health care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans
• Support patients with acute and complex mental health needs
• Administer medication in line with NMC guidelines and local policies
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date clinical records

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
• Minimum 6 months recent RMN experience in the UK
• Strong clinical knowledge in mental health settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A compassionate, professional, and reliable approach
• PMVA/MAPA training is desirable
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable Experience

• Experience working in acute mental health wards, CAMHS or PICU.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and mental health legislation
• Experience managing patients with complex mental health presentations
