Compensation Range: $42.18 to $63.27

Position‑Specific Performance Expectations, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Performs MRI procedures at a tech level in accordance with protocols.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge in radiographic procedures including, but not limited to, X‑ray and Fluoroscopy, with C‑arm, and OR work.
- Practices radiation safety, adhering to ALARA standards.
- Ability to operate equipment consistent with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Troubleshoots equipment problems and independently calls a service engineer if the malfunction needs outside maintenance.
- Maintains accurate patient records in EHR, including charging for procedures and supplies.
- May be required to perform other functions within the clinic. Any additional training required will be provided.
- Demonstrates flexibility by assisting in other modalities, adjusting schedules, and taking call, overtime, or holiday shifts as needed.
- Obtains additional training or certification as required.
- Assists with clerical duties, phone reception, and patient transportation when required.
- Assists, trains, or cross‑trains imaging staff members as directed.
- Must be self‑motivated, use independent judgment, and be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Orders, stocks, and maintains supply inventory.

- Actively contributes to departmental and organization‑wide performance improvement and continuous quality initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining adherence to departmental, hospital, state, and federal standards and policies.
- Follows all infection control, safety, and risk management procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients, the public, and staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age (21 for positions requiring driving, with a valid driver’s license).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable).
- Must complete an Employee Health meeting prior to starting employment.
Education, Licensure(s), and Certification(s)
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- ARRT registration in Radiology (R), including Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or must obtain within 90 days of hire or transfer).
Preferred
- Two (2) years prior experience as a practicing Radiologic Technologist, CT, and MRI technologist.
- Cross‑trained into other modalities, including, but not limited to, DEXA and Mammography.
- Experience with electronic records, including PACS and RIS/HIS.
