- Actively source, screen, and qualify candidates
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates, including those not selected for roles
- Manage client needs and expectations while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the market
- Develop and maintain a strong personal brand that reflects the company’s values and reputation
- Maintain a high level of organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail across all recruitment activitiesUphold high standards of quality, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of work
- Actively support and contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and hiring practices
- Continuously work to improve recruitment efficiency and outcomes
- Willingness to work overtime when required to meet business demands and deadlines
Qualifications
