Pulse’s AHP Team is recruiting experienced Nursing Service Delivery Leads to support an established Phlebotomy & Healthcare Research Programme as it enters its next phase.
This is a flexible, shift-based role (similar to bank work), ideal for senior nurses seeking part-time leadership responsibility alongside other commitments. Candidates should be available 2–3 days per week within a 7-day service.
Working across mobile research units in the Greater Edinburgh area (locations rotate every 5–6 weeks), you will provide clinical and operational leadership to Healthcare Support Workers and phlebotomy teams, ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery.

This role supports a large-scale health research initiative designed to help people live healthier lives for longer. Participants provide physical measurements, blood samples, and lifestyle data to support advances in disease prevention, early detection, and treatment.
