What you’ll be doing: As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the technology market, you’ll build your own network and reputation within a niche industry.
Your role will include:
Business Development
- Building relationships with innovative technology companies
- Identifying new hiring opportunities within your market
- Developing long-term partnerships with clients
Headhunting & Talent Engagement
- Identifying and approaching top technology professionals
- Building a strong network of candidates within your specialist market
- Becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
Managing the Recruitment Process
- Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring journey
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Supporting candidates throughout their career moves
- Over time, you’ll develop into a market specialist, owning your own client relationships and talent network.
