Overview

Dream Medical is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Staff Nurse to work in a 4‑bedded Surgical and Medical HDU. Working as part of a small, dedicated team you will be expected to take charge of the unit and use your initiative and experience in clinical decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of the High Dependency Unit, overseeing patient care and unit operations.
• Provide night cover, with some rotation on days.
• Work with a variety of caseloads including Hepatopancreatobiliary, Colorectal, Gynacological and Upper GI surgery.
• Make clinical decisions and exercise clinical judgement.

Qualifications

• Experience in ITU/HDU desirable.
• Strong clinical decision‑making skills.
• Proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
