We are recruiting for an Environmental Health Practitioner to join us here at East Lindsey District Council.

What will you be doing?

You will help protect the safety, health and wellbeing of residents and visitors to East Lindsey through compliance and enforcement activities. Your responsibilities will include undertaking food safety and health & safety inspections, complaint and infectious disease investigation, sampling, and initiating remedial action including issuing informal and statutory notices and attending court when required. There are over 2000 registered food businesses across the vast district of East Lindsey, which includes the popular destination coastal strip of Skegness, Ingoldmells and Mablethorpe, small market towns and sprawling countryside across the Lincolnshire Wolds.
