Role Outline
This is a fast-paced, hybrid clinical role, where you’ll have variety in your caseload and be treated as a valued member of the team. On a weekly basis, you’ll deliver exceptional one-to-one psychological triage, assessment and brief, goal-oriented treatment to a caseload of adult patients who are motivated to get well and presenting with varied clinical presentations and contextual factors, working both face-to-face and remotely.
You’ll also benefit from fortnightly individual clinical supervision and weekly team meetings, which rotate between specially in-house curated CPD sessions, training, peer supervision, self-care practices, and team business updates.
Responsibilities
- Developing specialist capabilities in workplace-focused psychological therapy, along with the creation and facilitation of related training programmes.
- Conducting specialist assessments for our clients (e.g. fitness for work; vulnerable role assessments, neurodiversity assessments, and cognitive assessments).
- Designing and delivering impactful mental health workshops for our key clients.
- Being supported to create a personalised annual development plan, crafted to realise your long-term professional ambitions.
What We Are Looking For
- A HCPC-registered Clinical / Counselling Psychologist with relevant clinical experience, preferably in Primary Care or occupational health settings.
- A solid background in delivering a variety of evidence-based psychological therapies and brief, solution-focused interventions both face-to-face and remotely via video call.
- Experience working with a diverse demographic, encompassing adults, is essential.
- Candidates with experience of delivering neurodiversity assessments will be highly regarded.
- A commitment to personal growth, skill acquisition, and active contribution to the development of our services.
- Experience in designing and delivering mental health-related training sessions or workshops is highly desirable.
- A team-oriented individual who is eager to join and enhance our large and expanding collective of psychology professionals (CBT Therapists, Counsellors, and Psychologists), enthused by improving workplace health.
Education & Qualifications
Doctorate / PhD in Clinical Psychology
Salary
The salary range on offer for this role is between £53,000 to £60,000 pro-rata to days worked, depending on qualifications and experience.
