Main duties of the job

As the General Manager - Clinical, your focus will be on ensuring the consistent delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care, managing staff recruitment, retention and development, acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals, maintaining safe staffing levels, managing costs within budgetary controls, and providing inspirational leadership to the staff team.
