Langland's Medical Strategy & Education team is hiring a Principal Medical Writer who act as our editorial leaders who shape both the work we produce and the teams we build.
In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a team of writers, guiding them to deliver work that is scientifically robust, strategically driven and beautifully crafted. You’ll play a key role in setting the editorial direction on projects, ensuring our output consistently meets the highest standards for our clients.
You’ll act as a trusted counsellor to client service partners and clients alike, contributing strategic thinking and clear, confident guidance. You’ll challenge the status quo and encourage those around you to always Think Further — uncovering new possibilities, approaches and ideas that create greater impact.
Beyond project delivery, you’ll have a strong influence on the ongoing development of our writing team, mentoring talent and helping shape capability for the future. You’ll also contribute to new business, supporting pitches and helping to demonstrate the value of strong scientific storytelling.
If you’re an experienced Medical Writer who enjoys leading others, thinking strategically and helping grow both people and accounts in a creative healthcare agency, we’d love to hear from you.
Langland has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees, full details of which are shared when you join. This includes the classics like Pension, Life Assurance, Private Medical, as well as Reflection Days, Shared Parental Leave, and spans initiatives.
