The owner and director of the group has had her own highly successful career in Early Years and Childcare and is excited to have motivated and dedicated individuals join her journey of creating an 'Outstanding' place to both work and learn.
The main focus of this role is to lead quality-driven practise with ambitious plans to become Ofsted Outstanding through improving daily provision, increasing occupancy levels, and ensuring all staff are creating a safe and thriving environment for children and their families.

A full and relevant level 3, or above, childcare qualification (level 6 qualification is highly desirable)
Comprehensive knowledge and experience leading and managing Early Years settings with proven experience and evidence of improving performance
The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with all stakeholders
The ability to operate autonomously, be comfortable with responsibility, and take ownership
A passion for childcare and child development and making a difference to the community
