Salt is looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Marketing desk, you will own the Social media and content sector.

Your Mission (What you'll do)

  • Developing Client Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients across the marketing space.
  • Running a 360 Desk: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client briefing to candidate sourcing and offer management.
  • Growing Your Specialism: Become a trusted expert within the marketing market, advising clients and candidates alike.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Revenue Growth: Build a sustainable, profitable desk with long-term client relationships.

Who We're Looking For (The 360 Profile)

  • Agency Experience is Essential: 4–6+ years as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within marketing, social media and content recruitment. (not internal).
  • Specialist experience: You have specialized in recruiting marketing professionals who work with Social media and content.
  • Market Knowledge: You understand the ins and outs of the Social media and content universe.
  • Client-Savvy: You’ve built lasting partnerships with marketing leaders, CMOs, and Social media teams.
  • Driven & Strategic: You enjoy building new business while managing long-term accounts.
