Your Mission (What you'll do)
- Developing Client Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients across the marketing space.
- Running a 360 Desk: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client briefing to candidate sourcing and offer management.
- Growing Your Specialism: Become a trusted expert within the marketing market, advising clients and candidates alike.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Revenue Growth: Build a sustainable, profitable desk with long-term client relationships.
Who We're Looking For (The 360 Profile)
- Agency Experience is Essential: 4–6+ years as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within marketing, social media and content recruitment. (not internal).
- Specialist experience: You have specialized in recruiting marketing professionals who work with Social media and content.
- Market Knowledge: You understand the ins and outs of the Social media and content universe.
- Client-Savvy: You’ve built lasting partnerships with marketing leaders, CMOs, and Social media teams.
- Driven & Strategic: You enjoy building new business while managing long-term accounts.
