The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a founder‑led beauty brand at the very start of its DTC journey, looking for a hands‑on Performance & Growth Marketing Manager to own revenue, CAC, MER and ROAS from day one.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who has scaled spend and sales in early‑stage DTC launches, built high‑performing Shopify growth engines, and thrives in fast‑moving, lean, founder‑led environments.
The Role
You will drive customer acquisition, revenue and e‑commerce performance, working directly with the Head of Marketing and founders to build a fully optimised growth engine.
This is a hands‑on, execution‑first role: you will launch campaigns, optimise spend, iterate creatives and track performance, not just plan strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Growth Ownership: End‑to‑end accountability for CAC, MER, ROAS, and revenue growth across DTC channels.
- Paid Social & Paid Media: Build, launch and scale Meta and TikTok campaigns; test and optimise UGC‑led creatives for conversion.
- Ecommerce Performance: Optimise Shopify site for conversion, UX and revenue; work with tech partners to improve on‑site performance.
- Performance Optimisation: Continuously test, learn and iterate creative, landing pages, offers and funnels to drive growth.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use GA4 and internal dashboards to track performance and make data‑driven decisions.
- Hands‑On Delivery: Operate independently, with minimal agency reliance, executing campaigns and optimisations yourself.
About You
- Proven DTC / Shopify growth experience, ideally launching or scaling a brand from zero.
- Track record of scaling spend and sales profitably in early‑stage e‑commerce.
- Strong experience with Meta, TikTok and UGC‑led paid social creatives.
- Commercially driven: focused on CAC, MER, ROAS and revenue metrics.
- Confident in GA4, performance analytics and CRO.
- Thrives in start‑up / challenger brand environments, comfortable working fast with lean budgets.
- Hands‑on, execution‑led and results‑obsessed.
