Senior Creator & Affiliate Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Creator & Affiliate Manager to lead Kaiia’s creator and affiliate strategy, with a strong focus on TikTok and social commerce growth.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue and brand impact through creator partnerships, affiliate programmes, seeding and TikTok Shop activity. With TikTok at the centre, this role will build and scale a high-performing creator and affiliate ecosystem that delivers both commercial performance and cultural relevance.
Working closely with marketing, ecommerce and merchandising, this role will take ownership of creator growth, affiliate performance, agency management and campaign participation across TikTok Shop and wider social platforms.
This role will work alongside the TikTok Live Executive, who will continue to manage the day-to-day execution of TikTok Lives.
This position will remain focused on creators, affiliates and social commerce growth, rather than live operational management.
Creator & Affiliate Strategy
- Lead Kaiia’s creator and affiliate strategy with a strong focus on TikTok and social commerce
- Build and scale a high-performing creator and affiliate network
- Develop recruitment, activation and retention plans for creators and affiliates
- Identify high-potential creators who can drive both revenue and brand visibility
TikTok Shop & Social Commerce
- Drive TikTok Shop growth through creator-led content and affiliate activity
- Manage participation across TikTok affiliate mechanics including Open, Target and Tap
- Work with internal teams to identify hero products and key conversion drivers
- Track and optimise creator performance based on engagement, conversion and revenue
Outreach, Seeding & Relationships
- Lead large-scale creator outreach and product seeding programmes
- Build strong relationships with creators, agents and affiliate partners
- Ensure creators are aligned to campaigns, launches and key trading moments
- Maximise output of high-performing, product-led content
Agency & Partner Management
- Manage affiliate agencies and external creator partners
- Recruit and activate creators through agency networks
- Identify new partnership opportunities to scale the creator ecosystem
Campaigns & Trading Moments
- Lead creator participation across launches, campaigns and peak trading periods
- Align creator activity with brand strategy and ecommerce priorities
- Support platform-first opportunities and social commerce initiatives
International Growth
- Support creator and affiliate expansion across Ireland, Europe and the US
- Identify creators and communities to support international growth
Community & Brand Advocacy
- Build and nurture a strong creator community around the Kaiia brand
- Support ambassador-style programmes, events and long-term creator relationships
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in creator, affiliate or social commerce roles
- Strong experience with TikTok creators and TikTok Shop
- Deep understanding of affiliate programmes and creator monetisation
- Experience managing outreach, seeding and creator relationships at scale
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and performance
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven approach with the ability to optimise performance
