Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager with strong Partner Marketing experience to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across enterprise, partner, and consumer segments.
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise marketing, partner marketing, and B2B strategy. You’ll be responsible for translating business objectives into impactful campaigns that drive pipeline growth, strengthen partner relationships, enhance brand visibility, and accelerate revenue through both direct and partner channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B and Partner Marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Build joint marketing plans with strategic partners to drive co-marketing success
- Bridge enterprise, partner, and consumer marketing approaches to create cohesive, multi-channel campaigns
- Define target audience segments, buyer personas, and customer journeys
2. Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner channels
- Manage full-funnel campaigns focused on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
- Collaborate closely with sales and partner teams to align marketing efforts with revenue and pipeline objectives
- Lead enterprise marketing initiatives targeting large-scale clients and strategic accounts
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for high-value prospects
- Create messaging that resonates with enterprise decision-makers and broader B2B audiences
4. Partner Marketing
- Develop and manage co-marketing initiatives with key partners (e.g., tech platforms, alliances, channel partners)
- Build joint campaigns, events, and content that drive shared pipeline and revenue
- Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) and partner marketing budgets effectively
- Collaborate with partner sales teams to identify opportunities and align go-to-market strategies
- Track and report on partner-driven performance and ROI
5. Consumer Marketing Integration
- Incorporate consumer marketing insights and techniques to enhance engagement and brand positioning
- Ensure consistent, customer-centric messaging across B2B, partner, and consumer touchpoints
6. Content & Brand Development
- Oversee development of high-impact marketing content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, partner campaigns)
- Create co-branded content and assets with partners
- Maintain and strengthen brand positioning within enterprise and partner ecosystems
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver compelling storytelling
7. Data & Performance Analytics
- Track, measure, and report on campaign and partner marketing performance
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics
- Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems
8. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with sales, product, customer success, and partnerships teams to ensure alignment
- Act as the key marketing point of contact for strategic partners
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including Partner/Alliance Marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and co-marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, ABM, and partner ecosystems
- Experience working with strategic partners (e.g., SaaS, technology platforms, channel partners)
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
