This is an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Manager to join a disruptor in the Luxury Fashion space. The brand exploded onto the scene with its bold designs and boundary-pushing concepts and has become a globally recognised name over the years!

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced team and be the driving force behind their digital presence.

About the Role:

• Oversee and manage their marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions for the websites.
• Manage their global marketing budget and activities.
• Spearhead their PPC efforts, working closely with their external agencies to drive ROI and optimise campaigns.
• Oversee SEO, affiliate marketing, paid social, and cart recovery initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams on seasonal campaigns, new product launches etc.
• Manage relationships and be the key point of contact for external agencies.
• Explore and test new marketing channels to drive growth.
• Directly manage the Performance Marketing Coordinator.

About You:

• +5 years experience working in performance marketing across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and Email.
• Previous experience working client side is essential.
• Strong agency management skills.
• Passionate about the Luxury Fashion space.
• Familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Highly analytical and comfortable managing high volumes of data for insights and analysis.
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• A secondary language would be a bonus!
