We’re looking for a PPC Specialist to help us scale Tallow + Ash into one of the most exciting modern brands in the UK and change the laundry aisle for good.
You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team to drive growth through paid media, helping bring the brand to new audiences in smart, creative and commercially effective ways. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who loves combining performance marketing, creative testing and data to unlock scalable growth.
As we grow, you’ll play a big role in shaping our paid acquisition strategy across channels, improving efficiency, and making sure the brand shows up brilliantly every day.
1. Driving growth through paid media
Own the day-to-day running of our paid media channels across platforms like Google, Meta and TikTok.
Build, launch and optimise campaigns that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and strong return on ad spend.
Make sure campaigns are structured, paced and continuously improving against performance targets.
2. Testing creative, audiences and campaign strategy
Work closely with the wider team to bring campaigns, launches and new product moments to life through paid media.
Develop creative testing plans across copy, visuals, hooks and landing pages.
Continuously test audiences, bidding strategies and campaign structures to uncover new growth opportunities.
3. Analysing performance and improving efficiency
Monitor campaign performance daily across key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate.
Spot trends, inefficiencies and scaling opportunities quickly.
Turn data into clear actions that improve efficiency, reduce wasted spend and unlock profitable growth.
4. Scaling what works across channels
Identify winning campaigns, audiences and creative angles, then scale them across channels.
Work with content and brand teams to repurpose top-performing assets into multiple paid-ready variations.
Help us get more from every campaign, launch and creative idea by adapting learnings across Google, Meta and emerging paid channels.
