The Opportunity
We are looking for a Creative Account Manager to help build strong, trusted relationships with our clients and support senior leadership across our portfolio. This role is suited to someone who is proactive, commercially aware and highly organised, with the confidence to manage communication, coordinate delivery and spot opportunities to add value.
You will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, helping ensure clients feel informed, supported and well looked after at every stage. You will also contribute creatively to ideas that help clients succeed, while representing their needs clearly and constructively within the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Support senior leadership in managing and strengthening client relationships
- Build trust with clients through clear communication, responsiveness and reliable delivery
- Proactively identify ideas and opportunities that add value to client accounts
- Act as the client voice internally, ensuring priorities, expectations and feedback are understood
- Coordinate internal resources to keep projects moving effectively and on schedule including directly with the studio.
- Keep clients updated on progress, timelines, actions and next steps
- Contribute to idea generation and project development alongside creative and leadership teams
- Work closely with creative, operations and senior stakeholders to ensure clients are well supported
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in account management, client services or project coordination within a creative, branding or agency environment. Alternatively, strong client-side experience and understanding of the requirements they have.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems early
- Confidence coordinating multiple stakeholders and keeping projects on track
- Good commercial awareness and sound judgement
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in creative work, brand experiences, campaigns or activation
- The ability to balance client expectations with internal priorities and delivery realities
