A fast-growing, mission-driven consumer brand in the beauty/wellness space is looking for a Senior Designer to join their Creative & Brand team.
This is a hybrid role based in London, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. You’ll partner closely with creative and growth teams to deliver high-impact, performance-driven campaigns across multiple channels from paid social and CRM to OOH and print.
Responsibilities:
- Lead creative projects end-to-end, from concept through to execution
- Champion and integrate AI into creative workflows
- Mentor junior designers and uphold high creative standards
- Work across digital, print, and campaign environments
- Support art direction for shoots, including styling and post-production
- Act as a brand guardian across all touchpoints
Requirements:
- Passion for emerging tech and innovation in design
- Comfortable balancing creativity with performance and data insights
- Experience across photography, video, and campaign production
- Motion, 3D (Blender), video editing, or emerging creative tools
