About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Activation to join our UK Brand Partnerships team. This is a hands‑on commercial role focused on onboarding new partners, growing account value, and supporting strong campaign delivery for brands across the UK and Europe.

You’ll be responsible for qualifying, prioritizing and proactively building a pipeline of high‑potential partners. You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle – from discovery, pitch and negotiation, through to signed agreement, onboarding and campaign management.

You’ll also serve as a key business point of contact for EU affiliate platform partners, providing consultative support on how to maximize value from their LTK partnership.

This role is ideal for someone who’s commercially driven, highly organized, and confident navigating multiple stakeholders – both internally and externally. Your familiarity with subscription‑based SaaS models, long‑term value nurturing, and consultative client relationships will be invaluable as we guide our partners through this next stage of creator marketing growth.
