About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of the commercial operation, responsible for shaping and optimising the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to aftercare. You will lead key customer‑facing teams, drive performance through data and insight, and play a critical role in improving processes, systems, and service delivery.
