THE ROLE

As the CommunicationsDirector, you will be responsible for leading the account portfolio andbuilding strong client relationships. It is important to have a deepunderstanding of the beauty and wellness industry to drive strategic andcreative campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Developand pitch creative and strategic ideas aligned to client objectives,delivering standout campaigns and fresh media opportunities beyondday-to-day activity
• Driveinnovative thinking by identifying new angles and industry trends toelevate client visibility and thought leadership
• Buildstrong, trusted client relationships, offering solutions whileanticipating challenges and confidently managing issues
• Leadand inspire the team, taking full ownership of output to ensure all workis delivered on time, to a high standard
• Overseeteam operations, including media monitoring, internal meetings and clearweekly roles and responsibilities to maximise efficiency and opportunities
• Ensurethe delivery of high-quality reporting across all timelines, with stronginsights, competitive awareness and clear strategic value for clients
• Manageand develop direct reports through appraisals, setting clear KPIs andsupporting ongoing growth and performance
• Demonstratestrong expertise across media, influencer and industry landscapes,leveraging relationships and insight to secure impactful coverage,partnerships and opportunities.

THE PERSON

You should demonstrateaccountability for client portfolio performance and identify opportunities forfinancial growth, whilst driving integrated ideas across the wider network.

You should have a provenability to grow existing business organically, alongside a clear understandingof account financials and billing, while effectively managing team capacity andresource planning.

The ability to developcredentials and write new business proposals is key. As well as leadingopportunities from research and strategy through to pitch.
