Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join our Creative & Brand Team in London. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.
What you’ll do:
Reporting into the Creative Lead, you’ll work closely with our Growth Marketing Team to create exciting, effective, engaging and on‑brand marketing campaigns across all channels. This includes paid social, CRM, OOH, and print marketing. You will:
- Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring brand integrity and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver the most effective creative solutions to achieve performance objectives.
- Act as a pioneer in AI‑led design, proactively experimenting with and integrating emerging tools into creative workflows to elevate output and efficiency.
- Champion the thoughtful adoption of AI and new technologies, embedding best practices into team processes and inspiring others to evolve how we work.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the team, providing constructive feedback and signing off deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
- Effectively manage and prioritise multiple design projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work with copywriters, growth, brand and social teams to deliver engaging and on‑brand content across all channels.
- Design print‑ready artwork including packaging, promotional and press materials.
- Support the Lead on art direction, casting, styling and post‑production for brand photoshoots.
- Be a brand guardian and champion, ensuring high‑quality, consistent creative across every touchpoint.
Who you are:
Requirements
- A highly experienced graphic designer with strong conceptual thinking and exceptional execution across digital and print.
- Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrable experience integrating AI into your creative process – using emerging tools to enhance ideation, production, personalisation, or efficiency.
- Naturally curious and future‑focused – you actively explore new technologies and are excited by the opportunity to shape how AI elevates both craft and commercial impact.
- Comfortable balancing creativity with performance – confident interpreting data, reporting on outcomes, and applying insights to future creative.
- Experienced working in a studio environment, producing film and photography content.
- A natural leader and confident communicator, capable of motivating and influencing colleagues with positive, solutions‑driven energy.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Comfortable with responsibility and accountability in both creative output and project management.
- Experience working in a D2C environment, ideally within the beauty, wellness or skincare industry.
- Experience designing for subscription acquisition/retention, and membership user experiences
- 3D, Blender, Firefly, video editing and motion graphics.
