ROLE OVERVIEW

Drive Key Account Wholesale business, responsible for setting up first class key account relationships / structures and delivering wholesale growth.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Directing category focus towards market needs
  • Delivering & implementing sales & margin targets by category & location
  • Working cross functionally across brand, retail, finance & supply chain to align commercial priorities
  • Ability to manage / resolve conflict
  • Develop strong relationships with management of strategic retail partners
  • Provide guidance & forward thinking on markets & competitors
  • Sales & account forecasting
  • Driving the account sales strategy

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Experience of working in a commercial key account role for an international wholesale company, ideally in the sports or licensed apparel sector
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of markets, consumers, customers and their commercial needs.
  • Sales experience with track record of delivering KPI´s
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with others in a lively and demanding sales environment.
  • Excellent negotiation & presentation skills
  • Awareness of operations and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding analytical and numerical skills.
  • Outgoing, open personality with a strong desire to learn and develop.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Package skills – highly proficient Excel skills required.
  • Proven sales KPI delivery
