Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Water Systems experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm (Out of Hours On-Call Rota 1 in 3 weeks, £100 standby)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my client's team, covering a commercial site in Copford. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, electrical and water systems.
- Perform inspections and checks to building equipment and systems such as generators, AHU/FCU's, motors, pumps, LTHWS etc.
- Perform maintenance and tests on sprinklers, TMV's, cooling towers, calorifiers and more.
- Monitor and manage BMS
- Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Level 3 equivalent in an Engineering related field - Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
- Water Treatment/Systems or L8 Experience.
- Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
- Enhanced DBS will be carried out.
