How will you make a difference?
We are looking for a Business Process AI Developer to identify, design, and build AI solutions that improve how the business operates. This role will focus on using AI to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and create smarter internal processes across teams.
The successful candidate will combine process thinking, technical development skills, and practical AI experience. They will work closely with business stakeholders to understand how work is currently done, identify inefficiencies, and build AI‑powered tools and automations that make operations faster, simpler, and more scalable.
Varied Day To Day Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes across teams to identify opportunities for AI‑driven improvement and automation
- Design and develop AI‑powered workflow solutions that reduce manual work and improve efficiency
- Build internal tools, assistants, automations, and process enhancements using AI technologies
- Work with stakeholders to map current processes, define pain points, and prioritise high‑value use cases
- Translate business requirements into practical AI‑enabled solutions
- Improve process consistency, speed, accuracy, and scalability through automation and intelligent systems
- Integrate AI solutions into existing business systems, workflows, and tools
- Test, monitor, and refine AI solutions to ensure they deliver real operational value
- Create documentation, standards, and best practices for AI‑enabled process development
- Support responsible, secure, and effective use of AI across business operations
What are we looking for in a candidate?
- Experience in workflow automation, process improvement, software development, or AI solution development
- Hands‑on experience building AI‑enabled tools or automations for business use cases
- Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows
- Experience translating non‑technical requirements into working technical solutions
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and redesign processes using technology
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation platforms
- Practical experience with LLMs, AI assistants, or intelligent automation tools
- Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with operational and technical teams
Preferred Experience
- Experience with process mapping and optimisation
- Experience with low‑code or no‑code automation platforms alongside custom development
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, orchestration tools, and AI workflow design
- Experience integrating AI into CRM, support, operations, finance, or internal knowledge workflows
- Understanding of governance, privacy, and responsible AI considerations
- Experience in a fast‑moving business environment with evolving processes
