Repairs Supervisor
London N11 2UT Gateway Mews, London, United Kingdom
The Role
As Repairs Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading repair operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan repair jobs to maximise productivity and minimise travel time
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure parts are ordered and delivered on time
- Ensure correct documentation, risk assessments and method statements are in place
- Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on progress
- Follow pre‑scheduled programmes where applicable
- Supervise repair engineers and subcontractors
- Support continuous development and provide training where required
- Ensure all weekly job sheets, repair reports and timesheets are accurately submitted
- Monitor performance and ensure all jobs are completed and closed on schedule
- Ensure site and engineer audits are completed as required
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental regulations
- Promote safe working practices and proper use of PPE
- Maintain company tools, materials and vehicle in safe and roadworthy condition
- Proactively monitor HSE compliance across the team

Requirements

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent planning and organisational ability
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Right to Work in the UK (mandatory)
