- Procient in Refrigeration Cycle and RHVAC troubleshooting
- Procient in written and oral English communication skill
- Procient in material take or and labour estimate for a given RHVAC project
- Good understanding on electrical circuit diagram and HVAC Controls (Electrical and PLC)
- Good grasp on technical writing
- Good leadership, coaching and analytical skills
- Able to work independently
- Team player
- Knowledge on Project Schedule Software or Autocad is an advantage
- Train Junior RHVAC Technicians
- Ensure compliance to Safety, Health and Environmental standards
